Green Beans


There will be no beans from a can here!  How is that even legal?

only buy fresh organic green beans (loose) and put

them in a seal-tight container in the refrigerator to keep for


Green Beans Ingredients


I always use a castor iron pan and douse some organic olive oil
in it.  I preheat the pan on the stove top for about 5 minutes and
add my green beans.

If you want al dente beans, turn the heat to low.  If you want
soggy beans (we are not amused), I cannot help you — seek
medical attention or a shrink immediately.

Add the garlic, a small bit of cut up ginger (ginger is VERY
potent), a touch more Olive Oil, black pepper, and for the pièce
de résistance 
……….HONEY! Just a touch of it.

Mix your  creation on the stove for about 10 – 15 minutes.
